Event Description:
Join our Natural Resources Department for a hands-on experience in prairie restoration! Help us collect native prairie seeds and remove invasive plant species to support our local eco-systems. No experience needed - we'll provide the tools and training. Just bring sturdy shoes and dress in layers for the weather! Children are welcome to participate.
Volunteers receive complementary lunch after 11:00 am as well as tokens of our appreciation. Event begins at the Monument visitor center at 9:00 am.
