Event Description:
Sheep Shearing Demonstration to be Given:
The Pipestone County Historical Society invites you to join Rodger Olivier, local sheep shearer with 40 years’ experience, as he talks about the history and tools of his trade and performs a live demonstration of the craft.  This demonstration will be held Saturday, September 19th at 1:30 p.m. Due to COVID-19 this event will be held at the picnic shelter at Moore Park located on North Hiawatha Avenue.  There will be limited seating, please bring a chair or blanket and plan to social distance.  Bring a mask! Cost of this event is $3.00 per adult; children 12 and under are free.
