OCTOBER COFFEE TALK TO FEATURE THE STORY OF CHESTER HUSTON You are invited to join the Pipestone County Historical Society for its October Coffee Talk on Thursday, October 19th, when Trava Olivier, Museum Educator for the Pipestone County History Society will be sharing the story of the Pipestone Black Sox baseball team. This African American team was based out of Pipestone from May to August 1926. Guests will hear how the team came to Pipestone and about their winning season. Coffee Talks are FREE for all members of the public to attend. If you are unable to attend in person, the presentation will be recorded and shared on the Museum's YouTube channel.
