This Fur Trade Experience presentation will guide the audience to understand how the French Voyageurs were among the first Europeans to explore and make maps of what would become Minnesota. Guests will meet Black Jacque Shalaque, an authentically costumed voyageur who makes Minnesota?s colorful fur trade come to life.
