Inspire Counseling

I provide quality mental health counseling, using customized treatment plans, genuine compassion, and a focus on self-love. I specialize in personality disorders and everything that comes with them, like depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship issues, trauma, grief/loss, etc. I have immediate openings for face-to-face or virtual therapy to anyone in Minnesota. I work with adults, some children, couples, and families.

I am a certified dialectical behavioral therapy professional and training to be a certified personality disorder treatment provider. I am trained in brainspotting and enjoy using a nature based approach. I use art and play therapy techniques as well.
